    VT Group is seeking a Program Finance Manager located in Virginia Beach, VA.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage program control team and drive consistency in process
    • Manage and coordinate all program financial data to support the strategic plans
    • Create and maintain project forecasts and budgets, including EAC’s, ETC’s, and profitability and variance analysis for various types of contracts (T&M, FFP, CPFF)
    • Monitor project setup in Deltek/ Costpoint to include project number structure, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), funding, revenue/billing formula , project ceilings, labor categories, bill rates, rate sequence and project workforce
    • Support weekly briefings to Program Managers and Task Leads to report project status on funding expenditures and notices (75% notifications), staff changes/updates, and review any risk matrix.
    • Prepare and present Program Monthly Reviews (PMR) to the Executive Leadership for each project to discuss project revenue, profit, staffing, and address any customer concerns/questions
    • Review invoices and backup documentation, in addition to providing specialized reporting as requested per the customer or contract.
    • Work cross-functionally with the accounting, procurement and contracts teams as necessary
    • Generate all new pricing requested on current projects and any new projects that are requested under current IDIQ and work with PM and task leads on staffing, rates, PLC’s and profit analysis.
    • Implement and maintain files on SharePoint to include contracts, proposals, budget plans, invoices, deliverables and project review materials.
    • Proactively monitor all project timecards to ensure timesheet errors are identified and corrections are processed in an efficient and timely manner
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited four-year college or university in accountings and four (4) years municipal accounting or finance experience, a minimum of two years in public accounting or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience utilizing Deltek CostPoint.
    • Must be able to work effectively as a team.
    • Cognos experience preferred
    • SharePoint experience preferred
    • Must have Project Set-up experience.
    • Must have experience in government contracting.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across functional boundaries (contracts, accounting, audit, DCAA, etc.).
