VT Group is seeking Senior Analyst located in Huntsville, AL

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all (Initial and Upgrade) Instructor Operator Station (IOS) New Equipment Training (NET) and qualification at each unit location to existing Longbow Crew Trainer(s) supporting Apache weapons systems
  • Also responsible for supporting and accomplishing early conception and programmed design reviews, quality control through phased testing, and production acceptance testing for each LCT produced which includes the US Army, National Guard and Reserves, and Foreign Military Sales, along with the incorporation of periodic software and hardware upgrades to match the current configurations of fielded aircraft
  • Provides both logistic and programmatic support from conception to divestiture to the Assistant Project Manager, Training and Simulation, for legacy and new operator training devices including: Modernized TADS Selected Task Trainer (M-TSTT), Aviation Mission Planning Station (AMPS), Apache Helicopter Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT), and the Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (AVCATT)
  • Supports and provides contractual oversight and technical evaluations and lifecycle support of all ongoing programs relating to the AH-64D Block I and II, and the AH-64E training devices and simulators
  • Responsible for coordinating the movement of Longbow Crew Trainers both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to US bases in Korea and Germany, seven overseas Foreign Military Sales locations, and to Deployed Combat Theaters

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree appropriate to the field of expertise, acquisition, logistics, business or management, as it relates to the task stated in the task order and eight years of task related experience/ HS or equivalent and 11 years experience.
